Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound fresh shrimp (white tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (sriracha hot sauce or tabasco)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 lemon (juice from)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • SERVE WITH
  • French bread
  • Fresh lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add the rest of the ingredients to a saucepan, stir and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2: Remove pan from heat and let cool completely.

  • Step 3: Arrange the shrimp in an oven- proof casserole dish and pour the sauce over the shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  • Step 4: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 5: Bake shrimp for 15 – 20 minutes.

  • Step 6: Serve immediately with crusty French bread and drizzle with additional lemon juice as needed.
