Step 1: Follow mixing and baking directions on potato box.
Step 2: Mix potatoes and add onion in large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown pork chops until ONLY about 1/2 done.
Step 4: Drain chops.
Step 5: Coat a baking pan big enough for the chops and potatoes and lay chops flat on the bottom of pan.
Step 6: Pour potatoes and sauce over the top and do not cover.
Step 7: Bake according to package directions on potatoes.
Step 8: When chops are just a few minutes from being done sprinkle cheese over the top and let melt.
