Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (more if you want it more chocolate flavor)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (more if you like sweeter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (scant)
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (finely chopped, or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (more if it's dry)
  • Powdered sugar (as much as you need to coat)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease a 8x8 inch pan.

  • Step 2: Combine all the first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl. Add in condensed milk and butter. Use your hands to mix it, it's a very thick batter if the mixture seems to dry add more melted butter you may need add in up to 1/2 cup. Mix until well combined, this takes a few minutes the mixture is very thick.

  • Step 3: Transfer mixture into pan then flatten down using your hands.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees (preheated oven) for 22-25 minutes or until set.

  • Step 5: Cool completely in pan then refrigerate for a few hours (this will make slicing easier, you will not be able to make a clean cut unless they are chilled from the fridge!).

  • Step 6: Cut into small squares.

  • Step 7: Add powdered sugar to a medium bowl then add squares to sugar and toss to coat.

  • Step 8: Store in an air-tight container.
