Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 24 ounces yellow onions (2 large onions, thinly sliced)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Marjoram
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork tenderloin (sliced into steaks and pounded thin)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions and slowly saute, stirring, for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crisp.

  • Step 2: Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and marjoram. Remove from pan and keep warm.

  • Step 3: Season both sides of meat with a little salt, pepper and marjoram.

  • Step 4: Coat meat with flour.

  • Step 5: Place meat in pan and cook until browned, about 4 minutes on each side.

  • Step 6: Top with browned onions.
