Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a ovenproof deep skillet or a large roasting pan heat it over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; saluting until soft (5 minutes). Stir in wine, increase heat to high and boil for 2 minutes. Add clam juice, water, tomatoes, bay leaves, cilantro or parlay and crushed red pepper flakes and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes. Add crab pieces.
Step 3: Transfer skillet to oven and roast unti crab pieces are cooked through (15-20 minutes).
Step 4: Place crab with the juices in a large bowl.
