Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to boil; add broccolini and cook until tender (3-5 minutes); drain; cool under running water; drain.
Step 2: Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add shallots and 3 tablespoons water; bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until shallots are tender (5 minutes); uncover and cook, stirring occasionally until water is evaporated and shallots are browned - another 3-5 minutes.
Step 3: Add the broccolini, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper to skillet; heat through.
Step 4: Sprinkle with walnuts before serving.
