  • 1 box (16.5 to 18.25 ounce) chocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake mix)
  • 1 box (3.4 ounce) instant pudding and pie filling mix (milk chocolate flavor)
  • 2 cups milk (cold)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan).

  • Step 2: Prepare bake and cool cake as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan.

  • Step 3: Poke cake every 1/2 inch with handle of wooden spoon.

  • Step 4: In medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk about 2 minutes. Pour pudding evenly over cake.

  • Step 5: Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.

  • Step 6: Store loosely covered in refrigerator.
