  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 turnip, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery (chopped)
  • 2 leeks, chopped
  • 2 1/2 ounces ham (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes (canned tomatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoons minced chives

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown butter and flour, then add stock and veggies, except chives.
