The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (6 ounce) stuffing mix (STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken)
  • 1 2/3 cups water (hot)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (cut up, or margarine)
  • 2 packages (10 ounce each) frozen chopped spinach (thawed, well drained and patted dry)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 1 small yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 large eggs (beaten)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 400ºF.

  • Step 2: Mix dry stuffing mix with hot water and butter in large bowl until blended.

  • Step 3: Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

  • Step 4: Shape into 45-50 (1 1/2 inch) balls. Place in single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

  • Step 5: Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through and lightly browned.
