The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds pork shoulder roast (cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (mashed)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 yellow onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 10 1/2 ounces sauerkraut (2 cups)
  • 1 can (16 ounces) tomatoes (2 cups, canned)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown pork meat in oil.

  • Step 2: Add onions, garlic and salt. When browned add paprika then add tomatoes and sauerkraut. Cover simmer 2 hours, until meat is tender.

  • Step 3: About 10 minutes before serving, add sour cream then heat but don't boil.
