Step 1: Brown pork meat in oil.
Step 2: Add onions, garlic and salt. When browned add paprika then add tomatoes and sauerkraut. Cover simmer 2 hours, until meat is tender.
Step 3: About 10 minutes before serving, add sour cream then heat but don't boil.
