Step 1: Cucumber ... After slicing the cucumber, let them set on a paper towel to dry.
Step 2: Filling ... Add the cream cheese, dill, and scallions to a small bowl; and, mix to combine.
Step 3: Wrap ... Spread the cream cheese mixture over the spinach wrap, leaving about 1/2" from the bottom and side edges; and about 1" from the top edge. Then, top with the prosciutto slices, cucumber, avocado, and baby spinach. Then, tightly roll. Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; and roll up twisting the ends of the plastic wrap, to make a firm roll. You want to refrigerate it at least 2 hours or more before serving.

Step 5: It's done ... SERVE and ENJOY! ... Simply unwrap, trim the 2 ends off; then, slice into small rounds. Perfect as appetizers or snacks.
