  • 2 packages (3 ounces) gelatin powder (grape)
  • 2 cups water (boiling)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie filling
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large mixing bowl, stir together grape gelatin, hot water, pineapple and pie filling. Spread in serving dish. Cover and refrigerate until firm.

  • Step 2: In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

  • Step 3: Fold in whipped topping. Spread on top of gelatin mixture when ready to serve.
