The ingredients are:
  • 8 dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon black pepper (ok use less pepper, do it to your taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Hot pepper sauce (3 dashes)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut pickles in slices as thick as a silver dollar.

  • Step 2: Mix together the flour, beer, paprika, cayenne and black pepper, garlic salt and hot sauce to form a batter.

  • Step 3: Dip the pickle slices in the batter and quickly fry in 375-degree oil until pickles float to the top.

  • Step 4: It'll take about 4 minutes.
