Step 1: Cream together butter, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer.
Step 2: Add flour into butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time, when all mixed, then mix in ground pecans
Step 3: Roll into 24 balls.
Step 4: Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from oven, let cool 1-2 minutes. WHILE STILL WARM, roll in confectioners' sugar. Cool then roll one more time in the sugar.
