Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease a large round baking dish.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl combine the chicken, celery, chopped onion, almonds, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, garlic, cayenne and both cheeses. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Spread the crushed potato chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
