Step 1: In a large frying pan, heat the oil.
Step 2: Add bratwurst and brown, turning occasionally, add red pepper; cook, stirring 1 minute.
Step 3: Stir in sauerkraut and continue cooking 1 minute.
Step 4: Add wine and caraway seeds.
Step 5: Cover pan tightly, reduce heat and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, making sure it doesn't boil dry.
Step 6: Toast buttered French rolls.
Step 7: Place bratwurst in each roll and top with equal portion of sauerkraut mixture.
