The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 unbaked (9 inch) pie shell

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine sugar and 3 tbsp flour. Stir in the peaches and lemon juice.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and pecans. Cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly.

  • Step 4: Layer 1/3 of pecan mixture across bottom of pie shell. Top with peach mixture.

  • Step 5: Spread remaining pecan mixture over peach mixture.

  • Step 6: Bake until peaches are tender (about 40 minutes). Allow a few minutes for pie to cool before serving with yummy ice cream along side each slice.
