Step 1: Combine ground salmon, panko, lightly beaten egg, 2 tablespoons yogurt, dill, green onions, lemon juice. salt & pepper.
Step 2: Form into 4 patties about 1/2" thick.
Step 3: Lightly spray both sides of the patties with olive oil.
Step 4: Pan fry, medium high heat, for apprx 4 minutes each side.
Step 5: While the patties are cooking combine the yogurt sauce ingredients , mix well.
Step 6: Serve on a bun topped with the yogurt sauce, cucumber slices & a lettuce leaf or serve as pattie with dinner topped with the cuumber slices & yogurt sauce.
