Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients. Knead until smooth, about 3 minutes..

  • Step 2: Roll out on a floured surface to about 1/8" thickness. Cut into strips, I use a pizza cutter for this.

  • Step 3: You can store them in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months.

  • Step 4: Cook 7-9 minutes in boiling water. Serve any way you like, but best in soups.
