  • 1 jar (16 ounce) giardiniera (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup diced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup diced salami
  • 1/8 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/8 cup sliced green olives (stuffed olives)
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (diced)
  • 8 ounces Roma tomatoes (diced, 2 firm tomatoes)
