  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (crumbled)
  • Lemon slices (from 1/2 lemon, garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add beans and cook until crisp-tender (3-5 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain and pat dry.

  • Step 2: In a skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add beans and cook, stirring constantly, until heated through. Add lemon juice, garlic and thyme and cook one minute, tossing gently. Transfer to heated dish.

  • Step 3: Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
