  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onions
  • 150 grams ham (1 cup, chopped)
  • 2 cans (15 1/2 ounce) black-eyed peas (drained)
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  • Tabasco (6 dashes)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard (ground, they called for a tablespoon)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
