Step 1: Peel and chop the tomatoes onions and apples.
Step 2: Place in a pan with the sultana's, vinegar, salt, ginger and cayenne.
Step 3: Bring to boil and simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
Step 4: Add the sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Step 5: Bring to boil again and then simmer uncovered until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 6: Bottle into sterilized jars and seal.
