  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup (white Karo)
  • 4 1/2 ounces ground pecans (1 cup ground)
  • 1/2 cup rum (or 1/2 cup Bourbon)
