Step 1: In a skillet combine the first 3 ingredients (bacon - garlic) over medium high heat and cook until bacon is crisp. Drain fat. Stir in soy sauce and next 5 ingredients (- salt) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat an simmer.
Step 2: Meanwhile fry the pork chops in another skillet over medium high heat until browned (10 minutes), turning once.
Step 3: Spoon bacon mixture over the pork chops; cover; reduce heat to low and cook 30 minutes.
