Step 1: Cheese ... Add the cheese to a small pot; and, bring to medium low heat, stirring often. You can do this step in a microwave safe bowl as well. If using the microwave, I use medium heat in 1-2 minute intervals until completely melted.
Step 2: Let it cool just a minute (so it isn't boiling hot); then, add the horseradish and mayonnaise, a mix until combined.
Step 3: Finish ... Transfer to a small bowl, container (tupperware or similar), etc. Refrigerate over night or all day before serving.
Step 4: Serve and ENJOY! ... Favorite crackers or a mixed vegetables. This makes approximately 2 1/2 cups; and, will last for a good month or longer in the refrigerator.
