Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Filtered water
  • 1 cup dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup dried nettle leaf
  • 1/2 cup dried marshmallow root (make sure it's root, not leaf)
  • 1/4 cup dried mint leaves (or more)
  • 1/4 cup dried raspberry leaves
  • 1 cup aloe vera juice (not gel - get the kind made from the inner leaf)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring a gallon of water to a boil and immediately turn it off.

  • Step 2: Add 1-1/2 to 2 cups of the dried herbs and stir well. Cover and steep for 24 hours, minimum.

  • Step 3: Strain out the herbs, pressing through a sieve to get all the water out. Reserve them to use again, starting a new pot. You can use them one more time, after refrigerating.

  • Step 4: Add the aloe in, stir and add any sweetener you would like. I use liquid stevia.
