Step 1: Heat work over high heat and add oil and swirl to coat and then add onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minutes or until fragrant and then add cauliflower and corn and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until just tender and then add snow peas, cabbage, oyster sauce and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Place cornflour in a bowl and add stock, stirring until smooth and add to vegetable mixture and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken and then add noodles and toss to combine.
Step 3: Serve.
