Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a bowl, blend the ingredients together.
Step 3: Pour into 2 custard cups, and place in a pan of water, with the water coming 1/2 inch up the sides of the custard cups.
Step 4: Bake until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center of the custard, about 30 minutes.
