Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup pureed fruit (banana, peach or pear)
  • 1 egg yolk (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  

  • Step 2: In a bowl, blend the ingredients together.  

  • Step 3: Pour into 2 custard cups, and place in a pan of water, with the water coming 1/2 inch up the sides of the custard cups.  

  • Step 4: Bake until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center of the custard, about 30 minutes.
