Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges (I just used one small mandarin orange)
  • 4 1/2 ounces pitted prunes (1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • Water to cover
  • 1 can (15 ounce) sliced peaches (chopped)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup brandy

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large saucepan combine raisins, mandarin oranges, prunes, sugar and water to cover. Simmer over medium heat stirring, until syrupy, about 10 minutes.

  • Step 2: Stir in peaches, pineapple and brandy.

  • Step 3: Store in refrigerator.
