Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (6 gram) vanilla wafer (crushed, optional, or could use brown sugar around the rim)
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces vodka (vanilla-flavored)
  • 2 ounces milk
  • 2 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce liqueur (hazelnut, such as Frangelico)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Ground cinnamon, dash
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: If a cookie-crumb rim is desired, moisten the rims of two cocktail glasses with water. Place cookie crumbs on a plate; dip rims in crumbs(or brown sugar). Set aside.

  • Step 2: Fill a mixing glass or tumbler three-fourths full with ice. Add the remaining ingredients; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass. Strain into two chilled cocktail glasses. Yield: 2 servings.

  • Note: You may substitute 1 ounce pumpkin flavoring syrup for the simple syrup and pumpkin pie spice. Look for flavoring syrup in the coffee section. To make ahead: Prepare a martini mix of vodka, milk, cream, syrup and liqueur. Shake mix before using; pour 1 cup into the mixing glass for each batch of drinks. Add spices and proceed as directed
