Step 1: Using a food processor, put in ice cream and the peanut butter and pulse until the peanut butter is swirled into the ice cream (about 4-5 pulses). Add peanuts and pulse 2 more times. Spoon 1/3 cup of ice cream mixture into each crust.
Step 2: Mix the honey and half and half together, drizzle mixture over each tart.
Step 3: Freeze until firm - about 3 hours.
