Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then grease a 2 or 2-1/2-quart baking dish.
Step 2: In a large saucepan bring the water or broth, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, butter and onion to a boil.
Step 3: Stir in rice, then remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until water or broth is absorbed.
Step 4: Stir in condensed soup, cheese sauce then chopped broccoli.
Step 5: Transfer to baking dish.
Step 6: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 7: Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
