  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place lentils and water in a small pot and cover.

  • Step 5: Add lentils when completely cool and mix.
