  • FOR THE MEATBALLS
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups grated potatoes (raw)
  • 1 yellow onion (grated)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • FOR THE SAUCE
  • 2 cups pasta sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix meat ball mixture together. Shape into meatballs.

  • Step 2: In 9x13 pan, pour spaghetti sauce, after you have sprayed with Pam. Drop in the meatballs.

  • Step 3: Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
