Step 1: In a small bowl, combine, stirring well, the mustard and vinegar together;
Step 2: Add, stirring continuously, the dill, garlic and lemon juice;
Step 3: Gradually, whisking continuously, add the oil;
Step 4: Season, to taste, with salt and pepper;
Step 5: Serve or can cover and leave to sit for 30 minutes or so before using.
