The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice (fresh, squeeze, to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, combine, stirring well, the mustard and vinegar together;

  • Step 2: Add, stirring continuously, the dill, garlic and lemon juice;

  • Step 4: Season, to taste, with salt and pepper;

  • Step 5: Serve or can cover and leave to sit for 30 minutes or so before using.
