Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: On a floured work surface, roll out the pastry dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle. Cut into 4 even squares. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 3: Brush each square with about 2 teaspoon mustard, then top with chicken slices, tomatoes and cheese. Season with pepper.
Step 4: Bake in oven for about 18 minutes or until dough is cooked and cheese is golden.
Step 5: Garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
