  • 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder (Dutch-processed cocoa powder)
  • 265 grams white chocolate chips (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine ingredients in large bowl.

  • Step 2: Working in two batches, pulse ingredients in food processor until chocolate is finely ground.

  • Step 3: Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.

  • Step 4: Stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk. (milk makes it richer than when made with water) Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows, if desired.
