  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package (18.5 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 4 cups frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip whipped topping)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan, then coat with Pam cooking spray.

  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk and eggs; blending well. Stir in sugar and spices.

  • Step 3: Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture, then top with nuts; pressing down onto mixture. Drizzle with melted butter,

  • Step 4: Bake for 50-60 minutes.

  • Step 5: Allow to sit 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 6: Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Carefully invert baked Pumpkin Crunch into new pan.

  • Step 7: Top with whipped topping. Serves 12-14.
