Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (creamy kind)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce roquefort cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 small yellow onion (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Pickapeppa sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sherry (dry or medium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 cups walnuts (roasted and finely chopped, you might need more or less nuts than 2 cups, instead of walnuts you can use any kind of nut you want)
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients, mixing very well.

  • Step 2: Shape into 2 balls.

  • Step 3: Roll the balls into chopped nuts, then roll in parsley.

  • Step 5: Serve with crackers.
