Step 1: Melt the butter on a large soup pot.
Step 2: Add the vegetables and sauté until tender over medium heat, 5-8 minutes.
Step 3: Add the flour stirring constantly. Slowly add the chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
Step 4: Add herbs, pepper sauce and parsley to the pot and stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt.
Step 5: Stir in table cream, lemon juice and diced chicken. Bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes.
