Step 1: Soaking beans and barley for 4-6 hours.
Step 2: Onions, celery and carrots are cut and fried in fat.
Step 3: Add bacon and ham and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add the beans and bulgur and pour the chicken broth and bay leaf. Boil until beans are cooked, you may need to add more water.
Step 5: At the end, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6: Soup is finished with cream and liquid yolk that has been tempered.
Step 7: Add the parsley, and chives, then mix.
