Step 1: Must use Heavy Duty Reynolds Wrap.
Step 2: Cut pound cake lengthwise into 3 equal layers.
Step 3: Place one layer on an 18" square sheet of Reynolds Wrap.
Step 4: Cut ice cream brick lengthwise into 2 equal slices and place on cake layer.
Step 5: Repeat with second ice cream brick and cake layer. (finish with cake layer).
Step 6: Frost top and sides with whipped topping. (Cool Whip).
Step 7: Decorate with pecans and cherries.
Step 8: Place on foil in freezer about 2 hours, or until topping is frozen hard.
Step 9: Remove from freezer.
Step 10: Bring foil up, double fold over top and fold in ends.
Step 11: Return to freezer till ready to serve.
Step 12: Slice into equal servings of 8-10.
