  • 1 pizza crust (ready-made 12-inch pizza, such as Boboli)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 6 tablespoons cream cheese (cut into teaspoon size pieces)
  • 1 cup grated Monteray Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Place pizza crust on cookie sheet.

  • Step 3: Mix eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and half-and-half together.

  • Step 4: Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Scramble the egg mixture. Spread over pizza crust.

  • Step 5: Drop teaspoonsful of cream cheese over eggs. Sprinkle grated jack evenly over eggs. Top with bacon bits. Bake 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Cut into 8 servings. Serve with salsa. if desired.
