Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (thawed if frozen)
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce (Heinz, for example)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Hot pepper sauce (3 drops)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and place on broiler pan. Broil 5-6 inches from the heat for 8-10 minutes, turning often, until chicken is browned. Place in 3-4 quart crock pot.

  • Step 2: Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over wings.

  • Step 3: Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours. These can be held for 1 hour after the cooking time on LOW.
