Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dark or toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup (minus 1 tablespoon) vegetable oil, you can use olive oil but I prefer a cleaner flavor
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced very very fine
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 tablespoons real maple syrup
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sesame Seeds ... Toast them on medium high heat in a dry skillet for just a couple of minutes until you begin to smell them and they are lightly golden brown. Keep an eye on them, they go quickly.

  • Step 2: Dressing ... Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic and ginger to a blender and pulse until combined. Slowly stream in the olive oil with the blender on low, and then the maple syrup. Refrigerate for up to a week.

  • Step 3: Serve ... If not using right away, shake or whisk well before serving. ENJOY!
