Step 1: Sesame Seeds ... Toast them on medium high heat in a dry skillet for just a couple of minutes until you begin to smell them and they are lightly golden brown. Keep an eye on them, they go quickly.
Step 2: Dressing ... Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic and ginger to a blender and pulse until combined. Slowly stream in the olive oil with the blender on low, and then the maple syrup. Refrigerate for up to a week.
Step 3: Serve ... If not using right away, shake or whisk well before serving. ENJOY!
