Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 180 grams pasta shells (small shells)
  • 200 grams red capsicum (chopped finely)
  • 200 grams green capsicum (chopped finely)
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives (finely chopped)
  • 100 grams mushrooms (button, chopped finely)
  • CURRY DRESSING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder (See Note)
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil (peanut oil, See Note)
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, make curry dressing. Place curry powder and sugar in small bowl, gradually whisk in oil, vinegar and cream.

  • Step 3: Place pasta in large bowl with capsicum, chives and mushrooms. Add dressing, toss to combine.
