  • 1 cup sliced sweet bell peppers (mixed, red, green, yellow, seeded, cut into thin strips)
  • 1 cup sliced pepper (banana pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips)
  • 1/4 cup habanero peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup sweet onion (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed (yellow)
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a large heavy bottomed pot.

  • Step 2: Stir to disolve the sugar and bring to a boil.

  • Step 5: Place in screw top jar & refrigerate.
