Step 1: In a medium sized bowl combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, garlic, paprika, pepper, salt and 1/4 cup tomato soup. Mix thoroughly and shape into about 15-20 meatballs and place in a skillet. brown in a little oil on all sides, about 12-15 minutes.
Step 2: Mix remaining soup with water, worchestershire sauce and sugar. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer covered with a lid, for about 25-30 minutes stirring often until the meatballs are cooked through and the rice is tender.
