Step 1: Coat a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
Step 2: Place the pizza dough onto pizza pan.
Step 3: Partially bake at 425 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or just until lightly browned.
Step 4: Meanwhile in skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Step 5: Add in garlic and 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix; cook stirring 2 minutes; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6: In a bowl combine the salsa and sour cream; spread over crust to within 1 inch of edges.
Step 7: Top with beef mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
Step 8: Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
